Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless we can cancel or postpone an event. You are welcome to pass or sell your tickets on.

I can't find my tickets?
You can access your order history by logging in and accessing your order history at supercharged.co.uk/account/orders. Here you can easily print a copy of your tickets, email them to yourself or to a friend.

I have purchased a ticket(s) from someone else or a third-party site, are they genuine?
We can not determine, if and how many times a ticket may have been duplicated, and this is always a risk taken when purchasing from a third party site or from another person. Please only buy direct from an official source or from somebody you know or trust.
Please note, we do not hold any responsibility, neither does the event organiser or venue. If you tickets are replica's or fraudulent you will unfortunately not be granted access to the event.
The ONLY way to guarantee that tickets are 100% genuine is to purchase directly from Supercharged.
If you have purchased from someone else/a third-party site and believe you are a victim of fraud please do not contact Supercharged as there is nothing we can do.

Can I ask a question about an event?
All our events are organised and managed by third party event organisers and promoters. Questions regarding event details should be directed to the event organiser.
We would recommend getting in touch with them via their website, email or via social media.

How do I make a complaint about an event I attended?
All events are organised and managed by Third Party event organisers / promoters.
As we do not organise the events we are unable to mediate in these situations.
Please always contact the event organiser directly to make your complaint/request.
